A deten\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre no \u00e2mbito de investiga\u00e7\u00f5es em curso e refor\u00e7a o andamento de apura\u00e7\u00f5es envolvendo o antigo comando da Casa Legislativa.<\/p>\n<p>A pris\u00e3o foi determinada por decis\u00e3o judicial do Supremo Tribunal Federal e executada pela PF no territ\u00f3rio fluminense.
